I don't have any living room furniture, so I put the rolling frame in a prominent spot.

My first motorcycle was a 1971 Yamaha R5.  I purchased it at a garage sale for $15, from my high school economics teacher in 1991.   It had not been running for years, but I was able to get it going and learned to ride on it.

Today I drove to Niles, Michigan and purchased my second R5-- also a '71.  The price was right but it's missing a few important things, i.e. an engine etc.   On a positive note, it does have a title!

My first bike, sitting in my parents' garage.  I sold it for $150 running, because they wanted it gone.
